Fantasy Auto Racing of Tennessee

"Blowin' Away The Competition"

     The Brief History of F.A.R.T.
FA.R.T. (Fantasy Auto Racing of Tennessee) was started (in 2003)about fifteen years ago by some friends who wanted something a little more than just a race on Sunday. Yes, we LOVE NASCAR racing, but there was something missing. So, along with the fantasy craze that was sweeping the country at the time, we went ahead and started what you see here. In the beginning, there were only four members but each year it has grown to what you see here. As a matter of fact, the first year the winner received a case and half of beer as the prize. The points were kept on a dry erase board we had hanging on a wall in a friend's kitchen. As the years have gone on, the interest from others has grown beyond belief. We have had some who helped start this thing and gone on with different interests and many who have been with us since our humble beginnings. Each year, as with NASCAR, some rules change, some stay the same, but in order to keep up with the times we have tried to listen to our league members to make it fun year in and year out.

F.A.R.T. attends races all over NASCAR country. Atlanta, Bristol, Charlotte, Darlington, Daytona, Kentucky, Kansas, Martinsville, Phoenix, Richmond, and Talladega to name a few. Please check out our Photo Gallery for a peek into what you could be a part of. Every season we have a draft, banquet and several other events to attend and enjoy.

2014 was a banner year for F.A.R.T.. Not only was it our biggest year, in terms of members and teams (48), but it was the first year we got a sponsor. Thank you to Blue Thunder Racing Collectibles.

Just a note, F,A,R,T, does not keep a single penny. Every dollar that comes in, goes out. We are only here to enjoy our love of NASCAR , experiences and our friendships. Long live F.A.R.T.!
